Sadness, from so many definition and its meaning is the things which characteristics always subjective, so there's no limitation or boundary for any kind understanding. It's depend on us as the people who known it. Sadness happen from so many reasons such as lost someone we love because he/she died, brokenheart, feeling lonely and so pity, until sadness of financial problems. For example, sad for being jobless, bankruptcy, poor, suffering blablabla.. The most of all is sad for lack of money even none at all or flat broke, because the parameter of happiness usually or commonly valued by financial wealthy which is the opinion of ordinary people is when there is money, there is happiness 'cause money can buy everything include happiness so bye bye loneliness & sadness .
Then, how are we when we had no money or the sadness just because we don't own money? or we still had money even not so much but the sadness caused by other reason?.
So, when we're on sad condition, we had to learn to erase it. The right way to do that by learning from the experience of famous people, genious people, which's known from so many centuries. Or did we still kept our HEADSTONE and Stubborn in our sadness then still thinking that those people would sent us to the wrong way, we just see ourself drowned in our sadness. Is bad enough are we to be drowned so deep until our healthy mind cannot wake up / get sober and then get happy?
These are some thoughts from the wisemen about sadness:
When we lost the things we loved, so the saddest people is the people who own a thing that he love the most. Inspite of that, the least sad people is the people who didn't own anything to love. So, if you have mind, please stay away from something that could make you into sadness. Don't be lied of the fake delicious/happiness & its beauty, but must remember and imagine how bitter and suffer can be when we lost it.
All the things in this universe and its broken had been changing, there's no constant life. All artificial, cyclic and not permanent. So, its so ridiculous when we too much blabbing for something we lost, because it something that must be happen!. So, anyone who want immortality, that was so imposibble, the immortal of a thing which is un immortal, so there come a sadness of himself.
When we kept the two things above for our lifetime, we won't sad anymore, because we're on the right path. So, how about the people who already in sadness?. Mostly, ordinary people thought that's so human when we sad, it can be understand because that's the nature of humankind. But, if we just stay understandable, when are we gonna get out from the satanic circle of sadness of ourlife? Its just such an automatic mechanism that when brokenheart we sad, lost our things we sad, somebody we loved had died we sad, get divorce we sad..
It's okay, if we'd still stubborn and still want to stay in sadness and drowned in sadness because it can make everybody/people could sympathy with us. Well, its okay!. But, there's a fast way to get up from the sadness-our unplanning/automatically nature human mechanism- (sorry if I get too cynical. 'cause its so silly, you know thats wasting your time why are you crying and still in your sadness?..)
FIRST & THE LEAST of the efective way to erase sadness ARE NOT by have fun go mad instantly, clubbing, karaoke, hiking, refreshing, get rest form work, or get rest like the hero from western movies: when the staff left for die etc he/she will sugest to take a day rest. That was so Wrong!.
Ways to erase sadness by the wisemen and genious people are:
- Minimize bad habits
Start by minimizing from the most tiny bad things & habits. For example, when we sad, for anykind of reasons, please check n do a little investigation of yourself, find our bad habits, look into our heart and try to be honest and find those bad things, such as, smoking, alcoholic or some ordinary habits like lazy to take bath, wake up at noon, lazy, too criticize (destructive critism), loathing everywhere, or even the habit to make others worried about us. Just find your potential bad habits!. Then MINIMIZE it !
Try to erase the sadness. No more faking not knowing anything. Everybody must had a bad habit/attitude. So, when you won't feel sad, so please minimize it, this is suggested by scientist BC until modern phsycolog in this 21 century, if you want to know why, by minimizing your bad habits/attitudes, we are more valued on our human/public relation. If we are worth enough, so we won't had any reason and time to be sad again.
- Entertain people who is sad
Point number two to erase the sadness is by looking for people who's sad and try to entertain them. Help people in uneasy condition is a great things to do. If you lazy to find one, its enaough by listening the moaning of your friends and really trying to help them to find out the walktrough. First time, it wont be so easy and not too realistic, we had some problem and we haven't fixed it yet, but we just help another hmm... wait..don't be panic.. By helping others at least we will get a little ignorance with our sadness. Then thanks God if the people we help really so pitier than us, so automatically we will feel better and rather lucky than them. Logically, people seem to be rich when there're some poor people around them. So people will seem lucky enough when there're people which more unlucky around them, when we helping people whom more pity than us, automatically we will be more better n lucky!.
This thing not easy to learn but it can be understanding by doing. So, don't think too deeply. JUST DO IT!, Help others, then abrakedavra!!.. we will happy, lucky, wealthy, release from sadness.
